WHO WE ARE
Tunley Athletic FC is a volunteer-run community football club in Tunley, Somerset. We are the data controller for the information described below.

WHAT THE APP COLLECTS
Very little, and never your name, email address or location.
The app has no accounts and no sign-in. You can use every part of it without telling us who you are.
Match predictions. If you use the Match Predictor, the app creates a random identifier the first time you predict and stores it on your phone. That identifier is sent to us with your prediction so that each phone can submit one prediction per match. It is a random string. It is not your Apple ID, your advertising identifier, or anything that identifies you personally, and we cannot use it to work out who you are.
Along with that identifier we store your predicted score, who you picked to score first, and the time you submitted.
That is the only information the app sends us about you.
WHAT THE APP DOES NOT DO
We do not use analytics or advertising trackers.
We do not collect your name, email address, phone number or location.
We do not track you across other apps or websites.
We do not sell or share your information with anyone for marketing.
INFORMATION ABOUT PLAYERS
The app shows names and photographs of players and club officials. These are adult members of the club, published with their agreement, so that supporters can follow the team. If you appear in the app and would like your name or photograph removed, email info@tunleyafc.com and we will remove it.
WHERE THE DATA IS STORED
Our fixtures, results, league tables, squad information and predictions are stored in a database hosted by Supabase Inc. on servers in London, United Kingdom. Your prediction data does not leave the UK.
The app also checks for updates using Expo, the platform the app is built with. This involves your device contacting Expo's servers in the United States, which will see your IP address as part of that request, as happens with any internet connection.
HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
Predictions are kept for the current season and deleted at the end of it.
YOUR RIGHTS
Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask what information we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, and to object to how we use it.
Because predictions are tied only to a random identifier we cannot look them up by name — but if you delete and reinstall the app, the identifier is discarded and a new one created, which disconnects you from any earlier prediction.
To make a request, or if you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, email info@tunleyafc.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
CHILDREN
The app is rated suitable for all ages. It does not collect personal information from anyone, children included, and has no accounts, messaging or user-submitted text.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
